Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and execute weddings and events, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to drive business growth and revenue
- Manage event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual equipment
- Assist with sales efforts, including responding to leads, conducting site visits, and presenting proposals to clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve processes and services
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in event coordination, sales, or customer service
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
