Your Role: Supporting Loss Prevention and Enhancing Customer Experience

As a key member of our team, you will assist the District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management in executing essential responsibilities aimed at preventing loss and ensuring a safe shopping environment. Your presence will serve as a visual deterrent against potential theft while also promoting a positive customer experience.

  • Maintain a professional demeanor in designated areas of the store.
  • Actively deter potential theft through vigilant observation.
  • Familiarize yourself with the Store Emergency Response Guide.
  • Wear the approved company uniform, including a body-worn camera.
  • Provide courteous greetings to customers and demonstrate respect.
  • Establish a visible presence at the front of the store or within specific departments.
  • Assist customers by directing them to store management or customer service as needed.
  • Report any suspicious activities or incidents to Loss Prevention or store management.
  • Conduct safety sweeps of the store in collaboration with management.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Document incidents as required in the AIIM Case Management system.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong decision-making abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Able to stand for extended periods.
  • 0-2 years of experience in retail or security roles.
