Position Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Administrative Support Specialist to enhance our operations at URGENT ONE RESTORATION INC. This role involves providing essential assistance to our office personnel while promoting our services to potential clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a welcoming attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming phone inquiries and direct them to the correct department.
  • Perform data entry for Total Loss inventories.
  • Organize promotional events to raise awareness of our services.
  • Establish, revise, and uphold relevant office protocols.
  • Support the collection of outstanding invoices.
  • Maintain and update the company's social media profiles.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory; an Associate's degree or formal administrative training is preferred.
  • Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant in the restoration sector or a related field.
  • Possess a clean driving record.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Highly organized with outstanding time management skills and the capability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in market research or similar areas is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with both quantitative and qualitative data collection methods.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in the fire and water damage restoration industry is essential.
  • Familiarity with XACTIMATE software is a plus, though training will be provided.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly to new information.
  • Strong organizational skills are crucial.

Experience in the restoration industry, particularly in contents management and water mitigation, is required.
