Your Role: Supporting Safety and Customer Experience
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with the District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management to uphold our core responsibilities. Your primary focus will be to act as a visual deterrent against potential theft and dishonesty while ensuring a positive shopping atmosphere for our customers. Your sound judgment will play a crucial role in maintaining safety for yourself, your colleagues, and our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional presence in designated areas of the store.
- Serve as a visual deterrent to discourage theft and dishonesty.
- Familiarize yourself with the Store Emergency Response Guide.
- Wear the approved company uniform, including a Body Worn Camera.
- Greet customers with courtesy and respect.
- Establish and maintain a position at the front of the store or within specific departments.
- Assist customers by directing them to store management or customer service as needed.
- Monitor and report any suspicious activities or incidents to Loss Prevention or store management.
- Conduct a closing safety sweep of the store with a management team member.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Document necessary incidents in the AIIM Case Management system.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Able to stand for extended periods.
- 0-2 years of experience in retail or security preferred.
