Position Overview

The Program Manager role entails overseeing various programs and projects, ensuring the allocation of necessary resources, personnel, equipment, and facilities, including secure environments and remote clients, both nationally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities

The Program Manager will be tasked with:

  • Overseeing a comprehensive Task Order services program involving over 430 personnel, including subcontractor management.
  • Providing direct oversight to a team of 18 Senior Project Managers, Operations Managers, and Site Leads.
  • Acting as the primary liaison for all program-related communications among clients, subcontractors, and project leadership teams.
  • Managing the financial aspects, scheduling, performance metrics, and risk assessments of contract services.
  • Coordinating programs/projects with essential resources, personnel, equipment, and facilities, including secure environments and geographically diverse clients.
  • Ensuring financial management oversight for the Task Order while adhering to budgetary guidelines and achieving program objectives for development, production, and sustainment to fulfill operational needs.
  • Enhancing program/project execution processes and methodologies to boost the effectiveness and efficiency of mission operations.
  • Communicating milestones and serving as an alternate point of contact for program/project inquiries.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive program plans, ensuring optimal utilization of personnel, materials, funds, facilities, and equipment.
  • Providing updates to senior clients and corporate leadership regarding program status, achievements, and challenges.
