Job Summary:

Absolute Business Solutions Corp (ABSC) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Program Metrics Management Specialist to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) mission in Washington, DC. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with government leads and program managers to develop and implement effective metrics management strategies that drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive metrics dashboards to track program performance and progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
  • Design and implement data collection and analysis processes to ensure accurate and timely metrics reporting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, data analytics, or statistics.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in metrics management, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Tableau, Excel, or SQL.
