Job Description

Job Summary

Watermark Risk Management International is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager III to join our team. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for managing assigned security projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide routine management of assigned projects, including scheduling project-related meetings and recording meeting notes.
  • Identify project-related issues or concerns affecting schedule, cost, client impact, quality, security, public or safety.
  • Draft required documents and notifications for the COR's review and dissemination to stakeholders.
  • Produce required reports and conduct briefings as needed.
  • Document and report all project-related issues to the COR via weekly and monthly reports.
  • Develop project presentations, reports, and other associated documents needed for project-related meetings.
  • Provide other project management services as required.

Requirements

  • Must have a current Top Secret personnel security clearance and the ability to maintain such clearance throughout the life of the contract.
  • Minimum of eight (8), preferably ten (10), years of experience as a project manager on large-scale projects.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in an effective manner with minimal direction.
