Job Summary
Watermark Risk Management International is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager III to join our team. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for managing assigned security projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide routine management of assigned projects, including scheduling project-related meetings and recording meeting notes.
- Identify project-related issues or concerns affecting schedule, cost, client impact, quality, security, public or safety.
- Draft required documents and notifications for the COR's review and dissemination to stakeholders.
- Produce required reports and conduct briefings as needed.
- Document and report all project-related issues to the COR via weekly and monthly reports.
- Develop project presentations, reports, and other associated documents needed for project-related meetings.
- Provide other project management services as required.
Requirements
- Must have a current Top Secret personnel security clearance and the ability to maintain such clearance throughout the life of the contract.
- Minimum of eight (8), preferably ten (10), years of experience as a project manager on large-scale projects.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in an effective manner with minimal direction.
