Position: Electrical Product Engineering Manager

Role Overview

We are in search of a dedicated Electrical Product Engineering Manager to deliver technical expertise and direction within our organization. This position requires a contribution to the engineering vision, along with the development and maintenance of efficient engineering processes that align with business objectives and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee project assignments and track progress to ensure completion within defined technical, budgetary, and scheduling parameters.
  • Facilitate the professional growth of your team through performance evaluations, training initiatives, mentoring, and career advancement opportunities.
  • Lead dynamic engineering teams and nurture emerging engineering leaders to foster business expansion.
  • Manage and direct projects from inception to successful completion.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 6 years of pertinent technical experience.
  • Experience in project management and leadership roles.
  • Proven leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to guide and oversee a team of 10 to 15 direct reports across various functions.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading projects from start to finish.
