Position Overview

We are in search of a dynamic Electrical Product Engineering Manager to deliver technical direction and support within our organization. This position requires active participation in shaping the engineering vision, crafting and sustaining efficient engineering methodologies to align with corporate objectives and client expectations, as well as overseeing and evaluating projects to guarantee their completion within technical, budgetary, and timeline parameters. You will also play a key role in the professional growth of your team through performance evaluations, educational opportunities, coaching, and career advancement. This role involves leading proficient engineering teams and guiding emerging engineering leaders to foster business expansion. Furthermore, you will oversee and direct projects from inception to conclusion.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 6 years of pertinent technical experience
  • Experience in project management and leadership
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team of 10 to 15 direct reports across various functions
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a project from initiation to completion
