Job Title: Residential Sales Account Manager

At Carrier Enterprise, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Residential Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the residential HVAC market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize sales potential and grow our customer base.
  • Manage a CRM database to track customer interactions, sales opportunities, and account activity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and market trends to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Wholesale Management and Product Management, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments, market trends, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
  • 1-5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment and systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
