Key Responsibilities
  • Become a subject matter expert on Verizon products and services and effectively communicate them to potential customers.
  • Build tailored service packages for TV, Internet, Phone services, and mobility to enhance customer experiences.
  • Process sales orders on an iPad through an easy-to-use purchase order system.
  • Actively seek out and engage in conversations with consumers during door-to-door visits to create sales opportunities.
  • Sell Verizon products by going door-to-door.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
Requirements
  • Previous D2D sales/customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Able to maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout the shift.
  • Available to work day shifts Monday-Friday.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
