Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

Elbit Systems of America is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality levels are achieved and maintained in our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality assurance programs and plans to ensure compliance with contract requirements and product specifications.
  • Conduct quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of product development and manufacturing.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to maintain or improve product quality.
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of FDA and ISO regulations, including 13485, 21 CFR 820, 803, and 806.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends, with a focus on process improvements.
