Position Summary:

In this dynamic and essential position, you will oversee and direct performance-oriented campaign strategies, including activation, analysis, optimization, measurement, tracking, and reporting across various channels such as search, display, social media, and search engine optimization, with a particular focus on paid search initiatives.

To excel in this role, you will need a strong inclination towards action, the capability to think both strategically and tactically, robust analytical skills, and hands-on proficiency with relevant tools.


Key Responsibilities:


Oversee all paid marketing initiatives from conceptualization to execution, encompassing platforms like Google Search (SEM, shopping/pmax), Bing, Facebook/Instagram, and others.

Manage campaign budgets effectively, establishing, monitoring, optimizing, and scaling campaigns to achieve CPA and ROI objectives.

Continuously seek out new avenues for SEO and campaign enhancement, including but not limited to geo-targeting, keyword discovery and expansion, audience testing, bidding strategies, landing page testing, A/B testing, and ad copy testing.

Utilize strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and pinpoint opportunities.

Evaluate and monitor campaign performance, analyze website traffic, conversion pathways, attribution, and cohorts using advanced analytics tools like Google Analytics and Optimizely.

Design and implement marketing A/B tests while applying Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques to improve campaigns, landing pages, calls-to-action, and overall conversion pathways across our digital platforms.

Create comprehensive reports for internal stakeholders and effectively communicate insights and campaign performance on a regular basis.

Collaborate closely with the Director of Growth Marketing and product leaders to comprehend the customer demographics and business objectives of our offerings.

Work alongside the Creative team to craft engaging advertising campaigns, content, and other creative materials.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of industry trends and best practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in acquisition marketing.

Demonstrated success in scaling and efficiently managing campaigns across a diverse range of acquisition channels, particularly focusing on Google Ads and other paid platforms.

Proven ability to effectively manage and optimize marketing budgets.
Strong analytical approach to measuring acquisition funnel metrics, campaign performance, and optimizations.
Expertise in CRO techniques and A/B testing methodologies.
Solid understanding of KPIs and digital marketing metrics, including CPA, CPC, CPM, CPI, ROAS, and CAC.
Proficiency in Google Analytics.
Strong Excel capabilities, including the ability to create complex spreadsheets, graphs, and pivot tables.
Familiarity with SQL and advanced data analysis tools is preferred.
