Position Overview

Gemini Pallets is on the lookout for a driven Client Acquisition Specialist to become a vital part of our expanding organization.

We seek an individual who is proactive and has a demonstrated track record in identifying and engaging potential customers. This role operates on a commission-based structure.

As a client acquisition specialist, your efforts are crucial to our company's mission. You will be the foundation of our growth, the planner of our expansion, and the key to our achievements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform comprehensive research to pinpoint prospective clients within our designated market.

2. Leverage various research tools and databases to establish a robust lead pipeline.

3. Assess leads against specific criteria to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile.

4. Maintain accurate records of lead information and ensure a well-organized CRM database.

5. Work closely with the sales team to share valuable insights regarding leads.

Compensation Structure:

Enjoy a flat rate of $500 for each closed account for the initial 25 accounts. Upon securing 25 accounts, you will transition to a high-commission model of 10% on total monthly revenue.

Important Note:

To qualify for recurring pay, you must close a minimum of 3 accounts each month. Recurring pay begins after securing 25 accounts, allowing you to earn 10% commission on the total value of accounts for the remainder of the year. If our client acquisition specialists fail to facilitate at least one account closure in any month, termination may occur for both the closers and the acquisition specialists.
