HVAC Commissioning and Start-Up Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Commissioning and Start-Up Engineer to join our team at Clear Engineering Recruitment LTD. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for commissioning, start-up, maintenance, and service of commercial HVAC equipment and systems.

About the Role:

  • Commission and start-up commercial HVAC equipment and systems.
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to perform necessary work.
  • Accurately estimate time and material requirements for repairs and replacements.
  • Perform installations of HVAC equipment.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive expertise in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
  • Exhibit strong customer service skills, including clear communication about services rendered and interpretation of specifications, schematics, and building blueprints.

Requirements:

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks/projects.
  • HVAC Journeyman and/or Master's license.
  • Minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC experience at the Journeyman level.
  • Universal CFC Certification.
  • Exceptional organizational skills. HVAC, electrical, and plumbing experience are all considered an asset. Able to work extended shifts.
