Job Description:

The firm provides a wide range of accounting, tax, and consulting services to a diverse clientele, including high net worth individuals and small businesses. They are committed to delivering personalized and professional services that meet the unique needs of each client. This position has a lot of potential for growth, including partnership, and offers flexibility with "summer hours".

Key Responsibilities:

Tax Services:
Prepare individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns. Assist in tax planning and research. Stay updated on current tax laws and regulations.

Client Services:
Maintain and develop strong client relationships. Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries.

Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Utilize accounting software and tools to streamline operations.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA certification.

Experience:
6 years of experience in public accounting or related field preferred. Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.

Pay Details:
