Job Summary

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving top-line goals for our represented hotels in the Detroit Suburbs area. This involves proactively soliciting business from various segments, including small business accounts, new accounts, and re-soliciting past leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including small business accounts and new accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel General Managers and sales teams.
  • Collaborate with the Property Sales Leader to ensure alignment on sales activities and strategies.
  • Provide property support by coordinating and executing property internal mining efforts.
  • Utilize business intelligence and data analysis to inform sales decisions and strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the sales game.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
