**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead high-volume sales teams to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Work closely with the District Manager to review and analyze profit and loss statements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase profitability
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Recruit, train, and manage sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in sales leadership and team management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software, with a strong understanding of sales operations and customer relationship management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
