Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Retail Team Lead to join our team as a Lead Coffee Specialist. As an integral member of our retail store leadership team, you'll be responsible for delivering excellence in people leadership, sales, service, and operations. You'll coach our sales associates to become customer experience and product knowledge experts, and create exceptional coffee experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales by maximizing overall store productivity and building customer relationships through exceptional experiences in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cultivate personalized coffee experiences by using storytelling to share your knowledge of our coffee and our sustainability practices to build customer relationships.
  • Act to influence and inspire a team to drive sales and service performance through coaching and training.
  • Ensure store standards are maintained; cleanliness, visual merchandising, and operational tasks (inventory/stock management, TQM compliance, and cash processes).
  • Collaborate with colleagues to champion innovative ideas, adapt quickly to changes, and bring a growth mindset to creatively solve problems.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in driving sales and leading a team in a high-volume retail environment.
  • Patient and resourceful in troubleshooting on the spot.
  • Effective communication, time management, and analytical skills.
  • Punctual and available to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
