Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading our high-volume sales teams and working closely with the District Manager to drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales teams to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Review and analyze profit and loss statements to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase profitability
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
- Collaborate with the District Manager to set sales targets and develop business plans
- Recruit, train, and manage sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customer needs are met
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure seamless execution of sales and operations strategies
Requirements
- Proven leadership skills and experience in sales management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with sales staff, customers, and other stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office and Internet applications, with a strong understanding of CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Report
