Retail Sales Lead Job Description

As a Retail Sales Lead at Kellanova, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and uncovering incremental opportunities in our Shoreline, Washington territory. You will collaborate with retail partners and our account teams to grow your territory and become the partner of choice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and identify new opportunities in the territory
  • Collaborate with retail partners and account teams to achieve sales goals
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and market share
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fundamental technology skills, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated self-reliance and ability to manage projects from inception to completion
  • Ability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and early mornings
