Key Responsibilities:

As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of homes within a designated community, ensuring adherence to cost, schedule, and quality benchmarks.

Your duties will include monitoring reports, facilitating pre-construction and production processes, and supervising the work of trade partners to ensure compliance with quality standards.

You will conduct inspections to verify that all work meets City/County/State regulations and building codes.

Additionally, you will:

  • Plan and coordinate all construction activities from initiation to completion, including pre-construction meetings, pre-drywall assessments, and final presentations.
  • Lead pre-construction meetings and present final walkthroughs to customers.
  • Oversee the construction process and inspections using established forms, plans, and procedures.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of change orders, purchase orders, and inspections within the community.
  • Participate in scheduled construction meetings and training sessions.
  • Address safety, quality, and legal requirements to ensure the delivery of high-quality homes within budget constraints.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in residential construction management is required. Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Office (Word and Excel), is essential.
