Job Overview

We are in search of a proficient Project Supervisor with expertise in residential renovations to become a vital part of our team.
  • Looking for a skilled individual to manage our residential renovation initiatives, particularly with a design-build background.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and capacity to oversee several job sites (5-7) concurrently.
  • Comprehensive construction knowledge is essential; while not required to execute every task, a solid understanding of the construction workflow is necessary.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proficient in negotiation tactics and possess a strong grasp of budget management.
  • Familiarity with software tools such as CoConstruct, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets is required.
  • Maintain thorough job logs on-site for each undertaking.
  • Act as the main liaison for designated subcontractors.
  • Exhibit strong decision-making skills and resourcefulness in problem-solving.
  • Prepare detailed reports and engage with clients on-site as necessary.
  • Prior experience in residential renovations is essential; experience in new construction is not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and home expansion projects is advantageous.
  • Understanding of layouts, material take-offs, and a keen attention to detail are crucial.
  • Self-driven, organized, and proactive in nature.
  • A collaborative team member with outstanding interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness to assist with various tasks, including basic maintenance duties when needed.
