Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and oversee custom home building projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with the Job Superintendent on project timelines, trade coordination, and procurement of materials.
  • Ensure timely project delivery, adherence to scope, and budget compliance.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality, and adherence to specifications.
  • Manage project financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, and variance reporting.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients throughout the construction process.
  • Provide consistent updates to clients regarding project status and address any inquiries or concerns.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure a superior customer experience.
  • Work closely with the Job Superintendent to facilitate effective communication and coordination between the office and job site.
  • Assist in developing and managing project schedules, ensuring all trades and materials are synchronized.
  • Conduct periodic site visits to ensure project quality and progress.
  • Engage with the superintendent and/or clients on-site as necessary to discuss project specifics and resolve issues.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in custom home construction.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, including budget and document oversight.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and building regulations.
  • Proficient in utilizing project management software and tools.
