Job Summary

Century Fire Protection is seeking a highly skilled Fire Sprinkler System Inspector to join our team. As a Fire Sprinkler System Inspector, you will be responsible for testing and inspecting fire sprinkler systems to ensure they are functioning properly and meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems to identify deficiencies and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand system design and requirements.
  • Conduct system tests for leaks using air and liquid pressure equipment to ensure system integrity.
  • Document findings and recommendations for corrective action in detailed reports.
  • Communicate with colleagues and management to ensure timely completion of inspections and resolution of deficiencies.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-3 years of experience inspecting fire sprinkler systems or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of NFPA codes and standards for inspection, testing, and installation.
  • NICET II or III Certification and Backflow Certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
