Position Overview:
This role is pivotal in managing the Fire Alarm service division of our branch, ensuring seamless operations from sales to implementation and ongoing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily activities within the department.
- Conduct timely and constructive performance reviews.

- Oversee the installation or enhancement of fire alarm systems in both commercial and residential properties.
- Test and repair existing alarm systems.
- Perform thorough inspections to guarantee compliance with safety codes.
- Document inspection findings meticulously and address any identified issues.
- Collaborate with building engineers and property management to communicate work progress and completion.


- Ensure the integrity of all installations before connecting to the building's fire alarm system, including functionality tests and circuit checks.
- Execute necessary repairs to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.
- Respond promptly to emergency service requests.
- Undertake additional tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with commercial and residential fire alarm systems is essential.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman capacity is required.
- A clean driving record is mandatory.
- Flexibility in scheduling is necessary, including potential evening, weekend, and out-of-town assignments.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the company's Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Safety Policies.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

- Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands for various tasks.
- Occasionally lift and/or move heavy objects.
- Essential physical abilities include balancing, climbing, grasping, hearing, mental acuity, pulling, pushing, repetitive motion, speaking, and visual acuity.
