Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at Happiest Baby, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by signing new clients to our SNOO Employee Benefit Program.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals and channel partners to promote the SNOO Employee Benefit Program
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide educational sessions to showcase the value of SNOO and Happiest Baby's products and services
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with leads and prospects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Customer Success, to align sales efforts with business objectives
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience in the HR/Benefit world, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the HR/Benefit industry and ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
