About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Jr. Sous Chef to join our team at Aimbridge Hospitality. As a key member of our culinary team, you will work closely with our Executive Chef to plan and direct food preparation in our kitchens.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation, including menu development and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations, including ordering and receiving supplies.
  • Train and develop new staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu items and specials, working closely with the Executive Chef and other culinary team members.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Jr. Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
