Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and labor data.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
  • Provide coaching and training to kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement procedures for standardization and training purposes.
  • Work closely with the Kitchen Training Coordinator to ensure that employees in training are scheduled appropriately.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a food manufacturing or production environment.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving exceptional results.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and operate effectively at the ground level.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
