Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at JBA International. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring the smooth execution of tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files for easy access and retrieval.
  • Prepare, send, and track documents to ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist senior management with daily tasks and scheduling.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports as needed.
  • Handle billing processes, prepare invoices, and ensure timely payment follow-ups.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or personal assistant role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
