Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Services Assistant to support our team with general facilities tasks. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mail and Packages: Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Office Supplies: Maintain and distribute office supplies, manage inventory, and restock pantry areas to ensure seamless operations.
  • Office Moves: Assist with office moves and setup for new arrivals, collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Event Coordination: Help set up conference rooms for meetings and events, coordinate internal and external events, and ensure all necessary supplies and materials are available.
  • Visitor Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for visitors and guests, arranging temporary IDs and ensuring visitor offices are properly set up.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a law firm.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service focus, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient with the MS Office Suite and basic internet skills.
  • Experience with document management systems is a plus.
