Key Responsibilities- Assist the Program Director in overseeing the daily operation of the program, including client services and staff supervision.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to staff as they deliver client-centered services and complete documentation.
- Ensure client services meet all requirements and are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff in providing client services, including supportive counseling, crisis prevention skills, and medication supervision.
- Role model and provide support to staff as they deliver client services.
- BA/BS in human services or related field, with 1 year of experience in human services, or an Associate's degree in human services with 3 years of experience.
- Experience working with mentally ill populations, medication supervision, and residential experience required.
- Supervisor experience preferred.
- Valid and insurable driver's license.
- Experience or education in crisis intervention and prevention preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
