Job Title: Assistant Program Director

At Roads to Success, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Program Director to join our team. As a key member of our program staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our after-school programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Program Director, including scheduling, record-keeping, and data entry.
  • Supervise and support program staff, including training and coaching on program policies and procedures.
  • Recruit and register participants, ensuring that all enrollment numbers are met.
  • Attend required meetings, trainings, and conferences, and communicate with stakeholders as needed.
  • Work closely with the Roads to Success operations team to provide information on updated policies, new data, and program changes.
  • Ensure that all contract and funder performance targets are met, and activities occur in accordance with the funders' work plan.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date participant files, ensuring compliance with DYCD, OCFS, and DOH requirements.
  • Assist the Program Director in completing all required reports and preparing/reviewing timesheets for submission to the payroll department.
Requirements:
  • College credits in Education or a related field.
  • At least one year of administrative experience.
  • At least two years of experience supervising school-age programs.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs.
  • Strong skills in communication, punctuality, and teamwork.
