Project Engineering Manager

As a key player in our organization, the Project Engineering Manager will oversee the successful execution of engineering projects, ensuring that all objectives are met within the designated time and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate project proposals to establish timelines, budgetary limits, operational procedures, staffing needs, and resource allocation for various project phases.
  • Direct and coordinate the activities of project personnel to maintain progress according to schedule and budget.
  • Generate comprehensive project reports for stakeholders, including management and clients.
  • Engage in collaboration with other engineering and plant managers to ensure project alignment.
  • Provide technical guidance to project teams to address and resolve challenges.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among project teams, business units, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in project engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Ability to adapt to frequent changes, delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Proficient in collaborative problem-solving.
  • Experience in change management and developing effective implementation strategies.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Adept at setting and achieving ambitious goals.
  • Willingness to travel and manage responsibilities across multiple locations.
