Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled NPI Program Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing customer accounts and fostering strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead a cross-functional Integrated Program Team (IPT) encompassing operations, engineering, testing, quality assurance, procurement, and manufacturing to ensure a proactive approach to program requirements, quality standards, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction.
2. Oversee multiple projects of medium to high complexity, including those with several sub-projects.
3. Facilitate effective project communication and monitor progress through regular reviews.
4. Execute and manage project schedules, budget deliverables, risk assessments, and scope to align with stakeholder expectations.
5. Collaborate with functional managers to allocate resources effectively to the project team.
6. Proactively address resource conflicts and constraints.
7. Utilize the Triumph Product Development process to support New Product Introductions.

Interdepartmental Coordination:
Work across the organization to resolve escalated issues, ensuring the removal of obstacles to project success. Collaborate with Business Development and Contracts Administration to enhance customer relationships and pursue additional business opportunities.

Reporting and Strategic Involvement:
Present program status updates to both customers and senior leadership. Engage in strategic and financial planning processes. Manage scope changes within projects and orchestrate responses to customer-driven scope modifications in partnership with Business Development and the project team.

Continuous Improvement:
Lead or support initiatives aimed at continuous improvement, including Kaizen events, and participate in new business development activities such as customer meetings and proposal preparations.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; a degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant Program/Project management experience, ideally within the aerospace, defense, or engineering/manufacturing sectors.
- Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., PMI-PMBOK or equivalent); PMP certification is preferred.
- Commitment to quality and familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean, and continuous improvement practices.
- Proficiency in MS-Project for scheduling and resource allocation is essential.
- Strong business acumen and a willingness to learn and expand expertise.
- Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and focused on customer needs, fostering trust in relationships.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
