Key Responsibilities:
Assist with a variety of financial operations tasks, leveraging your understanding of banking and financial practices.

Process authorized disbursements by executing transactions that involve transferring funds between organizational accounts and multiple clients through electronic methods.

Handle various financial requests, which may encompass tasks such as stop payments, exception processing, and other related functions.

Conduct research as needed by business partners, both internal and external, to collect information or resolve inquiries associated with financial operations.

Maintain precise records and documentation to demonstrate compliance with audit and regulatory standards pertinent to financial transactions.

Adhere to corporate policies and procedures, including those related to internal controls, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Monitor and ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies related to financial operations.
Identify opportunities for enhancing processes within financial operations, streamline workflows, and implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Assist in the training and development of junior team members, sharing insights and best practices to elevate the overall financial function.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to compliance activities, including policies, procedures, and controls, ensuring adherence to regulatory mandates.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
Prior experience in banking or financial operations (1-3 years preferred)
