GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
The Annuity Customer Care Representative will support agent onboarding, commissions, new business, suitability, post-issue, and claims processes at Revol One Insurance Company. In this role, you will engage in cross-functional responsibilities across all service areas, ensuring a seamless completion of processes and delivering an exceptional experience for agents and clients alike. Collaboration within a small team will be essential, as each member's contribution is vital to the overall success of the team.
Establishing strong relationships with our agents will be key to positioning Revol One as a preferred partner. The Customer Care Team will serve as the foundation for this partnership, demonstrating our commitment to completing tasks efficiently, fulfilling our promises, creating a positive and friendly atmosphere for all customers, and resolving any issues that may arise.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to inquiries and requests from agents and clients via calls, emails, and chats.
- Take holistic ownership of providing an outstanding agent experience through effective communication and a positive demeanor.
- Become proficient in our advanced technology platforms to deliver an unparalleled technological experience to our customers.
- Engage in the design, testing, and improvement of our technology.
- Process transactions promptly, ensuring operational excellence.
- Utilize sound judgment in decision-making to enhance customer experience while minimizing risk.
- Maintain compliance awareness to ensure the best outcomes for our customers.
- Meet productivity and efficiency targets.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in annuity operations.
- Strong teamwork and partnership orientation, both internally and externally.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Capability to understand and apply complex concepts.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and customer experiences.
