Your Role:
The Rooms Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing the daily functions of the resort's Housekeeping and Guest Services teams. Responsibilities include overseeing administrative tasks, accounting, guest services, housekeeping operations, and staff development. This position ensures the effective execution of operational standards and meets the diverse needs of our owners while managing staffing levels, conducting daily unit inspections, and training team members on all relevant procedures.

Your Impact:
This position is vital for maintaining optimal staffing and scheduling to maximize productivity. You will manage payroll costs to enhance profitability and communicate priorities to the team through regular meetings. Ensuring guest satisfaction is paramount, and you will identify areas for process improvement to streamline operations for both guests and staff. The Rooms Supervisor will also oversee room inventory to achieve the highest occupancy rates and manage guest accounts to ensure accurate billing and payment methods. Additionally, you will coordinate with incoming groups to fulfill their requirements and ensure all guest concerns are addressed promptly. You will also lead the Internal Audit process and ensure compliance with quality assurance and safety standards.

What You Bring:
  • Proven leadership abilities with a focus on coaching and mentoring.
  • Strategic mindset.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in hotel or resort management.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Compensation
Starting pay generally begins at $21.00 per hour, with the actual rate determined by various factors, including experience and skills.
