Are you enthusiastic about providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests? If so, you may be the perfect candidate for the Guest Services Associate role at The INN at Gig Harbor. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, managing their reservations and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
- Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with housekeeping to guarantee that accommodations are prepared for incoming guests.
- Respond to phone calls and online inquiries regarding bookings, pricing, amenities, and special requests.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate and current records of guest accounts and transactions.
- Provide a warm welcome to each guest, facilitate check-in and check-out processes, and ensure the correct issuance of room keys.
Qualifications
- Proficient in handling phone communications and managing high-pressure situations.
- Strong organizational, time management, and customer service skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation systems is preferred.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous.
