About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Navy Lodge Whidbey Island. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service in our lodge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including room inspections, cart management, and common area maintenance.
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms, housekeeping carts, and common areas to ensure compliance with our high standards.
  • Manage the housekeeping budget, including guest supplies, linen, towels, and labor expenses.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of housekeeping associates to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality cleaning standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent required; housekeeping experience, including leader or supervisory experience, preferred.
  • Ability to obtain necessary certifications and training to perform job duties.
  • Physical ability to move furniture and use hand or lightweight powered cleaning equipment.
