Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and train housekeeping personnel to ensure they meet our quality standards and deliver exceptional service.
  • Manage the housekeeping department's budget, monitor inventory levels, and ensure the availability of necessary cleaning supplies.
  • Keep accurate records of areas serviced by room attendants and communicate any maintenance or damage issues to the front office.
  • Supervise daily operations of the housekeeping staff, ensuring thorough cleaning of guest rooms and public spaces.
  • Maintain all cleaning equipment in optimal condition and coordinate repairs as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the housekeeping sector.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills are essential.
  • At least 2 years of experience in hospitality or guest service roles.
  • Knowledgeable in environmental services (EVS), including sanitation protocols and the effective use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
