Position Overview:

The Navy Lodge is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. This role is crucial in ensuring that our guests experience a welcoming and comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a comprehensive range of housekeeping duties, including cleaning guest accommodations, public areas, and service spaces.
  • Conduct daily inspections of rooms and common areas, ensuring all standards are met and documented.
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary environment for both guests and staff.
  • Possess a valid state driver's license for potential travel to other locations as needed.
Qualifications:

Applicants must complete mandatory training programs to achieve housekeeping certification within the first six months of employment. A moderate level of physical activity is required, including moving furniture and utilizing various cleaning equipment. A successful background check is also a prerequisite.
