Your Role:
The Rooms Supervisor plays a pivotal role in managing the daily operations of the Housekeeping and Guest Services departments. Responsibilities include overseeing administrative tasks, accounting, guest services, housekeeping, and the development of team members. This position is essential for ensuring operational excellence and guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for staffing needs, conducting daily inspections to uphold standards, and training staff on operational procedures.

Your Impact:
This position is crucial for optimizing staffing and scheduling to enhance productivity. You will manage payroll costs to maximize profitability while ensuring guest satisfaction levels are met. Effective communication with staff through regular meetings will be key to identifying areas for process improvement. The Rooms Supervisor will also oversee room inventory management to achieve optimal occupancy rates and ensure accurate guest account management.

What You Bring:
  • Proven leadership abilities with a focus on coaching and mentoring.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking skills.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in hotel or resort operations.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Compensation
