Gmi Stone Llc is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with managing daily operational activities, including answering phones and responding to client requests.
  • Maintain operational documents, reports, client records, and company databases.
  • Update and maintain relevant office procedures, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Draft and email customer correspondence, memos, and letters as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments or projects as required.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma/GED required; Associate's degree or administrative training preferred.
  • Previous experience as an Operations Coordinator or in a similar position.
  • Understanding of basic bookkeeping principles.
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Google, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects.
  • Must be able to speak Spanish.
