Business Operations Coordinator

Gmi Stone Llc is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our company.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with managing daily operational activities, including answering phones and responding to client requests.
- Maintain operational documents, reports, client records, and company databases.
- Update and maintain relevant office procedures, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Draft and email customer correspondence, memos, and letters as needed.
- Provide administrative support to other departments or projects as required.
- High school diploma/GED required; Associate's degree or administrative training preferred.
- Previous experience as an Operations Coordinator or in a similar position.
- Understanding of basic bookkeeping principles.
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Google, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects.
- Must be able to speak Spanish.
