As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. This position offers a unique opportunity to connect with clients, understand their needs, and assist them with various banking transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Delivering an outstanding customer experience through effective communication via phone, email, or online channels.
  • Meeting established performance metrics related to quality, efficiency, and accuracy while addressing customer inquiries regarding deposit and loan accounts.
  • Educating clients about additional banking services that may benefit them.
  • Handling operational duties such as maintaining customer records and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Demonstrating accountability and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Providing support to other areas within Deposit Operations as required.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience in banking, customer service, or call center operations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Proficiency in using computers and related software.
