Job Description

Job Summary:

Solutions 2 Go is a leading global distributor of video game products, operating in 19 countries across North, Central, and South America, Europe, Africa, Australia, and Asia. We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Account Representative to join our S2G Logistics Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to all customers and internal partners, ensuring accuracy and professionalism while processing customer orders.
  • Order Fulfillment: Validate customer orders by verifying price, UPC, and quantity, and process manual orders in Great Plains (GP) where applicable.
  • Inventory Management: Manage product flow to ensure maximum order fulfillment and minimal inventory risk.
  • Customer Support: Assist with challenging customer requests, customer service inquiries, and order issue escalation as needed for both internal and external inquiries.
  • EDI Orders: Import EDI orders where applicable and coordinate upload into WMS.
  • Customer Account Management: Maintain customer account information, including store addresses and new store locations.
  • Communication: Communicate all product requirements to the Purchasing department and special order requirements to Operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist team members with customer claims and review customer requests for returns and provide approval.
  • Work Orders: Manage work orders with details provided by the Sales department.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills that enable clear and concise exchanges with customers and colleagues.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional colleagues to meet business objectives.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong/effective interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Integrity: Ability to represent the Company with a high level of integrity and professionalism, especially while under pressure.

Clearance Requirements: The successful candidate will receive a conditional offer contingent upon a successful background clearance obtained through our contracted third-party vendor.
