Laundry Operations Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of laundry operations at our large-scale laundry facility. Your primary goal will be to create a work environment that is effective, productive, and rewarding for your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership that fosters a team environment that promotes morale, passion, quality, and respect.
- Ensure that production, quality, and quantity requirements are consistently met while maintaining budgetary standards and adhering to best practices.
- Monitor and maintain performance, productivity, and operating costs while ensuring accurate reporting of all accounting data.
- Serve as a liaison between the laundry plant, customers, and HHS leadership.
- Demonstrate a continuous ability to maintain and/or improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage team member recruiting, training, development, and assignments.
- Perform daily inspections and assessments and coach and counsel team members.
- Analyze data and make adjustments to meet facility, budget, and compliance goals.
- Drive compliance with health, safety, and industry regulatory agencies.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of operations/management experience, preferably in laundry operations.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and ordering platforms.
- Ability to travel within assigned region.
- Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of industrial or commercial laundry management experience.
- Associate's degree in business administration; bachelor's preferred.
- Proficiency in languages other than English, especially Spanish.
- Familiarity with OSHA and other regulatory guidelines.
