Job Summary:

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all facets of a branch operation, ensuring customer service and quality standards are met, and leading a team to fuel the branch's growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all facets of a branch operation, including staffing, supervision, and administrative functions.
  • Ensure customer service and quality standards are met, and develop a team-oriented environment.
  • Develop and maintain a team-oriented environment, ensuring financial goals are met, and training and motivating staff to achieve success.
  • Monitor merchandise and inventory management, and ensure all required administrative functions are performed in accordance with policy and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain physical maintenance and safety standards, and work on various projects as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate exceptional skills in production, sales, and service, with three years of staff manager experience within the linen supply or industrial laundry industry.
  • Show excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and superior organizational skills.
  • Possess a proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff, and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Exhibit a strong commitment to superior customer service and business growth, and display enthusiasm and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Present strong supervisory skills and experience, and show successful experience dealing with unions and labor relations.
