Position Overview:
As a Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering services to children, adolescents, and teens facing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges, as well as other complex needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the development, assessment, and execution of personalized services and treatment plans.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field.

- A valid driver's license, along with current vehicle registration and insurance.
