About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Event Producer to join our team at WEBB. As a key member of our event production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale corporate events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
    • Lead the presentation and pitch of WEBB's ideas and concepts to clients, working closely with sales and creative teams.
  • Event and Project Management:
    • Run the project/event from initial brief to delivery, overseeing client relationships, internal project teams, and budget impacts.
    • Work with the Pitch Team to respond to RFPs, develop winning proposals, and assist with organization, creative, functionality, budgets, writing, and collation.
    • Assume primary role once contract is awarded, disseminating relevant information to internal teams, suppliers/vendors, and freelancers as needed.
    • Source and negotiate subcontractors, suppliers, talent, and vendors, overseeing delivery of their roles and financial impacts.
    • Create and manage production schedules & timelines in connection with the assigned TD and area producers.
    • Maintain awareness of venue requirements, fire and space regulations, environmental impacts, and health & safety constraints.
  • Budget Management:
    • Work with Pitch Team to oversee budget and financial costs for event proposals.
    • Perform ongoing reconciliation of budgeted totals versus actuals spent to ensure profitability on each event.
    • Manage the purchase order process, review, and approve all expenditures for the event.
  • Onsite Management:
    • Direct responsibility for the activity of the on-site team, ensuring all elements are delivered with exceptional quality, on budget, and on time.
    • Liaison with client onsite.
    • Manage venue briefing and communication as needed.
    • Onsite management of expenses.
    • Address and problem-solve onsite issues, allowing the production team to execute deliverables better.
  • Company Involvement:
    • Actively contribute to the development of new markets, further the sales cycle, and build relationships with both new and existing customers.
    • Represent the WEBB brand, mission, and vision at all times.
    • Interact with peers, leadership, vendors, and clients associated with the organization positively and productively.
    • Contribute to the strategic development of the company and department.
